Our 2012 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chenin Blanc. The wines were cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture the delicate structure of the Sauvignon Blanc and the unrivaled, classic beauty of  Chenin Blanc. Aromas of melons, peaches, and white rose lead to crisp flavors of citrus, hints of rose petal and grapefruit. The finish is bright and comfortable; an easy choice for guests. Serve with seafood, cheese and ripe fruit. Only 112 cases produced. Enjoy!
