Amador County

Our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from the Estate vineyards of Clos du lac Winery in the Sierra Foothills of Amador County.

Carefully grown and tended, the grapes were cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture the delicate structure of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.

A very satisfying crisp finish brings forward a note of ripe grapefruit and citrus.  An easy choice for guests, serve with seafood, cheese, and summer pasta dishes. Enjoy!

LANG WINESA blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chenin Blanc.

The fruit was fermented half in oak for richness and half in stainless steel for the crispness of tank produced wines, resulting in a subtle citrus and a honey-fruit character.
